One of those 8 or is it 9 of Perry's Supremes recuses herself, again.
Justice Kegan recuses herself for the 12th time, not something Scalia or Thomas are use to in their many years on the bench senior to Kegan. It must be bewildering to the right to see an "activist" judge set out, what kind of trickery is this? What if this becomes expected of conservative Supremes as well? Nah, never happen.

Think what will happen to the high court if we get a Republican in the White House in 2012? Also, should the GOP gain a sixty seat majority in the Senate - those abused filibuster rules will fast disappear. "Well, they were wrongly abused and that has to change, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, "We need to move to a fifty-one vote majority in order to move the country forward" - I can hear his words on that now....
