Hmmmmmmm. Is not this proposed tax legislation ass backwards? Or is it that the asses in your state legislator backward asses?

DeleteMost of Kansas legislature is bass ackwards. So far this proposal has not been put on paper, at least I think not, but they have been speaking of it, I think they are testing the idea amongst the various employees of oil in the statehouse. I imagine Kochs will get it done one of these days.
