Rush, stop using our music for background for your attacks on women
Music group Rage Against the Machine are insisting Rush stop using their music during his show. Peter Gabriel has done the same. I don't know if they can as long as he pays the small royalty for it to the music clearing house or what ever that thing is called. But, the fans of these groups will dislike him for it, and that's good enough for me. It would be nice if he could end up with just ted the republican nugents music playing over and over.

I couldn't care less what music Limbaugh plays -I have never listened to his hate radio program and have no intention of starting now.
ReplyDeleteIt infuriates me that people like this low-life are even given a vehicle to communicate their vile bile. AFN has yet to dump him and that annoys me.

Whether you're a fan of Limbaugh's or not, it DOES matter where his music sources are found. Imagine being a culturally aware musician like Peter Gabriel, someone who regularly works for Amnesty International, or who donates his music to charitable causes, then finding your music being played to entertain between racist and sexist rants on Limbaugh's show.
