Levy a fee on carbon and refund it to the public like British Columbia did, the economy improves and so does air and water quality.

      The legislation proposed by Citizens' Climate Lobby will create 1.1 million more jobs within 20 years than doing nothing. It will make a small increase in the GDP, it's revenue neutral, it would make sense even if it didn't help the environment.

      Don't spray more than needed. That crap causes a lot of diseases in humans and animals.
