Horrible possibility: if the geeks are right about Ohio, might they also be right about climate?

jaded: Conservatives know it's true, they just want to get away with making money supplying us with our drug (carbon fuels, chemicals, and consumerism) for as long as possible. In 2006 or 08 David Brooks wrote as much, also I met a friend of the daughterinlaw who is employed by the oil industry to monitor and advise about global warming, not to give them rosy stuff, but the real stuff, he told me when he meets with upper level managers and execs they never ask is it real, they always ask how long before the regulations and governments crack down?
