Norquist and Kochs lose in a red state

The Topeka Journal report the fight to make it less desirable to build wind farms in Kansas was mostly the work of the Koch's, and Grover Norquist.  This makes the 14th state they failed to protect coal and natural gas in within the last 12 months.
I suspected the Koch's, Norquist is a surprise.

  2. OF, two links, one from the Topeka paper, the other is a variation of it.

  4. Thanks for that YF! The legislators don't even know of the State of Kansas own report on wind power costs. I tried to open an account to put that link in the comments but got to be too big a pain in the ass.

  5. Darrel,
"failed to protect coal and natural gas"? I thought the Koch brothers were champions of non-green energy?
And, why is Norquist even been permitted and opinion. I am serious - Whom does this man imagine that he is?
