Darrel, I am going to agree with you on this and start using those canvas reuseable bags with the store logo on them when I shop. What about the empties?
Ron, I good deal. I have two canvas bags, I carry the groceries in, empty the bag and hang in on the door knob, next time I go out the door I throw the bags in the back seat. "What about the empties?" Empty what? If you mean the little bags that the bread comes in, or that you put fresh vegis in at the produce counter, I keep stuffing one into another, you can cram 300 of those into one, then I drop it at the recycle center. Some of the neighbors have recycle pick up and they send them off that way, I have a half dozen boxes in the garage, drop cans in one, bottles in another, paper, batteries, old clothes, everything to the recycle center about every 6 or 7 weeks.
