wind energy conference in Kingman

In a state where farmers are almost all repubs, and every single repub except the repub governor is against wind energy, where most the farmers are for wind energy (they want the royalty income) and against the elected Koch owned repubs on this issue, yet can't get any traction with them..... you see this is a convoluted issue.  I'm off, back late afternoon, hope I learn something.
